Welcome to health care magic.

1.Your history suggest the present condition is old treated status.
2.The report states that fibrotic strands with granulomas - means the old infection of pulmonary tuberculosis has left a trace as calcific granulomas and fibrotic / linear hyper dense foci.
3.Granuloma does not represent present infection.
4.There is nothing in the report said about active infection.
5.They will be there for years together, even decades. So don't wait for it. you can start family . good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
